Sofia:addicted to social networks

Sofia(name she use to tell this story) was a 15 year old girl who became addict to social media, she spend all of her time surfing on the internet.

She quit school, friends, hobbies and even sleeping.

Her family started to worry, and looked for help.

She started her therapy at the hospital, but all this attempts failed.Until her family find oonline especialists at MonteAlminara .There they found out that 2 years ago she , and a friend, were being  bullied, and that originated her extreme isolation.

Nowdays, Sofia has returned to normal, she went back to school,made friends and started to paint again.

This shows how, apart from other addiction, such  as alcohol,people have to learn to live with tecnology and learn how to use it safely
